I read your post and I know a little of how you feel. In culinary school, I have to deal with this guy who hates my guts for no reason and its so stressful trying to have a service on time when my group has slackers. I also feel the same way about if this is really the best decision. I don’t know hopefully it is. I did want to say hopefully it all works out for you and by looking at your pictures, I can tell you are really talented
